The entrepreneurs (yes, we love ‘em) thought that this was all about health and wellbeing and it is. At least the business idea is.
The real challenges were around partnership marketing and finding the right strategic partnerships that would accelerate the growth of the business in a crowded marketplace. So that’s what we did. Started off with some coaching to make sure everyone was on the same page and then pitched to some major strategic partners. Oh and we did their website.
The challenge was then sorting out the queue of potential partners!
