This was a straightforward business model and a great idea. Unfortunately, it turned out to be simple but not easy.

Actually, this is why SMF got into websites. We went to web developers who said they could do all the clever algorithm stuff but then couldn’t deliver. So we did it ourselves. It wasn’t that hard. We did their website, their sales and marketing strategy, sorted out some People issues along the way and got them equity investment.
